Dismantling / Demolition & Decommissioning

Al Thail Group has been in the field of Demolition, Dismantling and Decommissioning since 2010. As an industrial dismantling and demolition contractor in Oman, we carry out plant decommissioning, factory clearance, tank dismantling, and oilfield and refinery scrap removal. Al Thail Group has a team of professionals with expertise in dismantling, demolition, safety and risk management, and its operations are in compliance with the safety guidelines of OSHA and the HSE guidelines of regulators.

Any building or structure, whether industrial, infrastructural or residential, has a designed life span. When the building or structure has outlived its designed life span, or is considered unsafe and poses a threat to neighbourhoods, it needs to be dismantled.

There could be other reasons, such as old structures to be replaced by new ones, a building having structural damage or having lost its stability, or technological obsolescence in the industry requiring new technology to be inducted in place of the existing one.

Hence dismantling and demolition of structures are being undertaken on an ongoing basis.

Safety is the foundation of our decommissioning business.
