Health, Safety & Environment

The health and safety of our employees, and of everyone associated with our day-to-day activities across the group companies, is given utmost importance. The company has evolved a robust HSE Policy.

Our commitment

Management is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all workers (including contractors and volunteers), clients, visitors and the public. This is achieved by adopting an independent health and safety management system with active employee participation, and by working towards a zero-accident target through a proactive approach: conducting risk assessments and mitigating all high-risk activities.

Guidelines for first aid for burns, chemical spills, adult resuscitation and care of mental health are displayed prominently, and employees are educated on all these aspects periodically.

The company complies with the health and safety rules and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman, and with OSHA requirements, to safeguard the health and safety of employees during day-to-day operations.

A system for reporting and maintaining records of loss incidents and loss-time injuries is in place, and these are reviewed in every management meeting.
