Manufacturing & Recycling of Ferrous, Non Ferrous Metals & Plastics
Manufacturing & Recycling of Ferrous, Non Ferrous Metals & Plastics
We connect the recovery of non ferrous materials with secondary metal manufacturing. Through sorting, processing, melting, refining, alloying, casting and quality control, recyclable feedstock can be transformed into industrial metal products according to approved product specifications.
Our current management-provided product direction includes lead, aluminium, copper and brass products, with customised alloy capability subject to technical and production approval.
Manufacturing processes
No Compromise in Quality and Specification
- Lead Manufacturing Process
- Our lead process starts with carefully sourced feedstock, which is processed and smelted to recover the metal. The metal is then refined and alloyed to the required specification before casting. Every batch goes through quality testing before it is released as finished refined lead ingots. This makes Al Thail a refined lead ingot manufacturer and lead smelter in Oman, and our lead acid battery recycling feeds the process.
- Aluminium Manufacturing Process
- We begin with aluminium scrap, which is sorted by grade and processed for melting. The molten metal is alloyed to the target composition and cast into ingots. Each batch is tested before it is released as finished aluminium ingots.
- Copper / Brass Process
- Copper and brass production starts with scrap feedstock that is sorted and processed for recovery. The material is then melted and alloyed as required, and cast into ingots. Quality control checks run through the process to meet the intended specification.
- Copper Recycling & Copper Ingots
- Copper recycling starts with copper scrap, including Millberry wire, which is sorted and processed for recovery. The metal is melted and cast into copper ingots, with quality control checks to meet the intended specification.
- Aluminium Recycling & Dross Recovery
- Aluminium recycling covers aluminium scrap and aluminium dross. The metal is recovered, melted and alloyed to the target composition, then cast into ingots and tested before release.
- Steel Manufacturing Process
- As a steel recycling company and steel billet manufacturer in Oman, our steel process begins with scrap feedstock, which is sorted by grade and processed for melting. The metal is then melted and alloyed to the required composition before being cast. Every batch goes through quality control before it is released as finished steel products.
